Privacy Notice
How this website handles personal data. Last updated 21 August 2026.
The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no scripts, fonts or images from anyone else’s servers. We do not track you here. If you email us or book a call, we process what you send us in order to reply.
Who we are
Hunter McKenzie, a Singapore-registered advisory firm, UEN 53500907X. For any question about this notice or about personal data we hold, contact info@hunter-mckenzie.com.
What this notice covers
This notice covers personal data processed through this website. Personal data processed in the course of a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement, not by this notice.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of any kind, first- or third-party. It runs no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no fingerprinting. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts, images and stylesheets are served from this site’s own domain. No request your browser makes while reading this page goes to any other organisation.
What is collected automatically
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web server, the hosting infrastructure processes technical request data — including your IP address, the page requested, and your browser’s user-agent string — in order to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse. We do not access this data to identify or profile visitors, and we do not combine it with anything else.
Google acts as our hosting provider in respect of that processing. Google’s own handling of infrastructure data is described in its privacy documentation.
What you actively send us
There is no form on this website. You can share personal data with us in two ways, both of which you choose to initiate:
- Email. If you email info@hunter-mckenzie.com we receive whatever you put in that message. Our mail runs on Google Workspace.
- Booking a call. Our booking pages are Google Calendar appointment schedules. Booking one shares the name, email address and any answers you give with our Google Workspace tenant, so that we can hold the meeting.
We use that data to respond to you and to run any engagement that follows. We do not sell it, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list — we do not operate one.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or a comparable regime applies, we rely on legitimate interests for responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send us, and on the necessity of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract where the enquiry concerns engaging us. Where the PDPA (Singapore) or the NDPA (Nigeria) applies, we rely on the equivalent grounds.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes, then deleted. Records relating to an actual engagement are retained under that engagement’s terms and any applicable professional or statutory obligation.
Where data goes
Our email, calendar and document infrastructure is Google Workspace, and this site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. That means data you send us may be processed on Google infrastructure outside Singapore. We use no other processor in connection with this website.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. Ask at info@hunter-mckenzie.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your data protection authority — in Singapore the PDPC, in Nigeria the NDPC, in the UK the ICO, or your national supervisory authority in the EEA.
Changes
If this site ever starts using analytics, embedding a third-party service, or collecting data through a form, this notice will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it.
